Najat is a seasoned professional with over 38 years of experience in the corporate, government, and academic sectors. Her career is marked by significant contributions to stakeholder relations, government engagement, digital transformation, and project management.
Throughout her illustrious career, which began as an educator in government schools, Najat has achieved numerous milestones. She has held significant positions and directorships in high-profile events such as the World Congress on Innovation & Technology {2008, 2022, and 2023) and Malaysia Innovation Year 2070. Najat has led strategic projects and engagement platforms for the Multimedia Super Corridor Malaysia (MSC Malaysia) and Digital Malaysia initiatives for Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), and various government ministries and agencies.
At MDEC, Najat spearheaded key digital transformation initiatives and events. She also contributed to the curriculum of the Bachelor of Project Management program at the University Malaysia Pahang {2076-2020). Recognized with the “Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji” award from the Penang State government in 2005, Najat holds a Bachelor in Education from the University of Malaya.
She has tremendous experience in education area and has successfully managed numerous international marketing missions. She currently oversees the Training Academy as a Director, a role well-suited to her extensive experience.
